My Story

A little about me..

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in ADHD + trauma therapy for neurodivergent women and LGBTQ+ in Santa Clarita, California.  I have been in the field for nearly ten years, beginning with my training and work in expressive arts and eco therapy.

My own healing journey has given me a unique perspective that allows me to connect with clients in a way that feels deeply human and professionally grounded. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I was immersed in the world of yoga and dance, deepening my understanding of how healing moves through the body, and how much it is shaped by the communities we’re part of.

In therapy, I bring a down to earth, integrative-somatic approach focused on evidence-based practices and practical tools for embodied healing. My hope is to create a space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect to the vitality and wisdom already within. It is a privilege to be able to offer a space of healing to neurodivergent creatives throughout the ever-changing seasons of life, especially those at a crossroads or when life hasn’t gone according to plan.

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers you have built against it.”

My Values

Authenticity

Healing begins in spaces where you can show up as your full self. Many neurodivergent women and LGBTQ+ adults have spent years masking to fit into environments not designed for them, so here you’re invited to show up with curiosity and honesty, without pressure to be anything other than yourself.

Compassion

Many neurodivergent adults, especially those with ADHD, have spent years feeling misunderstood or criticized for the ways their minds work. In therapy, compassion creates space to explore these experiences without shame. Together we work toward developing a kinder, more understanding relationship with yourself that honors your innate way of being.

Curiosity

Curiosity allows us to approach your experiences with openness rather than judgment. Together we explore patterns, emotions, and life experiences in ways that deepen understanding and support meaningful growth.

Ready to reconnect with yourself and explore what’s possible next?
